Pasir Panjang Beach
The area of Pasir Panjang Beach are Tanjung Medang, Teluk Rhu and Tanjung Punak. Pasir Panjang Beach is located on District of Nort Rupat. Sand in this coast are clean and white chromatic. Its Clear sea water enable tourist to take a bath, sunbath, or do water sport in this coast. Sceneries of the islands around this coast is very pleasant, because each island (Ketam Island, Mentete Island, and Baru Iskland) seems like planted by natty pine forests, ehough that the forest has grown by themself. This Pasir Panjang Beach area og Rupat is oppsite to Dumai and can be reached by using sea transportation, like motorboat.
Besides, Rupat island is also inhabited by isolated tribe called Akit that has protection by local government so that their way of live and unique tradition remain to be kept because they do not touch by many progress yet. Life of Akit tribe in their original habitat and traditional loife style represent a something unique and become a typical fascination for visitors in this island.

Pemandanganpulau pulau yang berada disekitar pantai inisangat menyenangkan, karena setiap pulau (Pulau Ketam, Pulau Menteta dan Pulau Baru)dilatar belakangi oleh hutan pinus sperti ditanam rapi, pdahal hutan itu tumbuh sendiri, Kawasan pantai pasir panjang rupat ini berhadapan langsung dengan kota dumai, dan bisa dijangkau dengan menggunakan alat transportasi laut, seperti motor boat.
